Nanny Philosophy
As a career childcare professional, I believe that the way to provide the best adolescent learning experience is to give abundant love, adequate affirmations and enough social engagement.
As a nanny my top priority is providing and fostering an environment of love and encouragement - to build and teach children on how to love and appreciate the world around them. I accomplish this through positive reinforcement, gentle communication, healthy exploration and gentle redirection when needed.
Children come in small packages, but they are human just like us. I believe acknowledging children’s needs are also very essential and key to their growth. It is important we let children know that we hear them and what they have to say is valid, even if correction is needed. We all stumble and learn along our journeys up the mountain.
My role as the nanny is to support families’ parenting styles, reinforce the existing structure and foundational values that are currently being established. My top commitment to the families I work for is to model kind behavior, be loving towards the little ones and always have an active and empathetic disposition. Additionally, to be helpful, supportive and accommodating.
My commitment to further my professional development is to always look for ways to improve on my existing methodology with children through purposeful certifications and utilizing accessible learning tools.

Nanny Crescent's Experience
For the past 13 years, I have worked as a professional nanny/childcare provider/household manager. I would like to take this opportunity to explain how I can be a support to you and your lovely family. I am much more than a child care provider, I become a trusted family support system. I truly believe that it takes a village to raise a healthy and whole child.
As a nanny/household manager, I am comfortable with receiving and sending off packages, running errands, grocery shopping, household inventory tracking with food and nonfood items. I am comfortable scheduling and monitoring household and vehicle maintenance. I am a great cook and am very comfortable with meal planning and meal prep for any type of diet such as vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, paleo and low calorie.
I have encountered a variety of children and families all over the United States in my many years of childcare. One thing that I have learned is that child thrive off of is healthy structure, nurturing affirmation, and consistency. I would love to support your family on this journey we call life.
I am most comfortable with infants up to 10 years old. I truly believe that child care and nannying is my passionate calling. I love the uniqueness and fun energy that children bring to the world.
I love planning activities and learning with them and introducing concepts like math and science through explorative play. I really can't think of another profession I would want to do and this has helped shape me into a flexible, loving, nurturing, quick thinking, energetic, and fun nanny. I also, know how important it is for parents to feel comfortable, confident, and secure with their nanny. I am committed to earning your trust.
